HLTAID010 Provide Basic Emergency Life Support
Our Basic Emergency Life Support course is a 4 hour practical course (plus pre-study) and includes CPR, defib (AED), choking, drowning, bleeding, shock, anaphylaxis
Our Best First Aid covers the Best First Aid Training with skills, knowledge, and confidence to recognize and respond to life-threatening emergencies in line with first aid guidelines determined by the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC).
Basic Emergency Life Support Statements of Attainment will be issued and are renewable annually, the CPR is renewable annually.
Our Basic Emergency Life Support course satisfies 2 competency units from the Health Training Package:
- HLTAID010: Provide Basic Emergency Life Support.
- HLTAID009: Provide CPR
- These units appear on your Basic Emergency Life Support Statement of Attainment.
There are no prerequisites for this course.
