Online Pre-Learning Approximately 1 hour
Face-to-Face Training Approximately 2 hours
Best for: students who are new to CPR, need more trainer support, or prefer extra time to practise CPR technique with a trainer.

Students complete approximately 1 hour of online pre-learning before attending approximately 2 hours of face-to-face CPR training and assessment.

This Standard CPR course covers practical CPR skills, emergency response confidence, chest compressions, rescue breathing, defibrillator awareness and workplace-relevant CPR scenarios.

Online Pre-Learning Approximately 1 hour
Face-to-Face Assessment Approximately 30 minutes
Best for: eligible students who have completed CPR training previously and are confident with CPR knowledge and practical skills.

Students complete approximately 1 hour of online pre-learning before attending approximately 30 minutes of face-to-face CPR practical assessment.

This Express CPR option is suitable for experienced learners who need to refresh or renew their CPR training in a shorter practical assessment session.

The HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation course focuses on practical CPR response skills and includes:
